About Me

I have experience conducting customer and employee research with a variety of methods such as surveys, journey mapping, usability studies, in-person and remote research.

I’ve also been fortunate to work in many interesting industries, including ecommerce, retail, healthcare, banking, insurance, education and manufacturing.

In my free time, I love doing active outdoor activities like kayaking and disc golf with my husband and our American Eskimo dog.

One of my most rewarding life experiences thus far is coaching a high school girls' ultimate frisbee team to the 2018 state championship.
